FILL GUIDELINES
Maintain your lashes with fill appointments! Instead of waiting for all your lashes to shed before getting new ones put on, come for a fill. At a fill appointment, any outgrown extensions will be removed (anything no longer near the lash base is considered outgrown), and then new extensions will be applied to all your natural lashes so that you have a fresh, full set again.

Fill appointments are best done when there are at least 40% of the original lash extensions remaining. Most clients are able to go 3-4 weeks between regular fill appointments.
LASH AFTERCARE

Avoid excessive moisture, humidity, and sweat for the first 24 hours

Don’t put mascara on your lash extensions

Don’t use pencil, gel, or liquid eyeliner while you have lash extensions

Don’t use strip lashes

Use only oil-free makeup and skincare products near your eyes

Sleep on your back! Avoid sleeping on your face

Avoid touching/rubbing your lashes too much

Clean your lashes! Once the first 24 hrs has passed after your lash appointment, getting your lashes wet and cleaning them with water (bonus for using lash shampoo) is encouraged

Extreme heat will cause your lashes to straighten and/or singe (think: the first heat wave that comes out from opening a hot oven)

Rinse your lashes after you cry. This may seem like a weird instruction, but the salt from tears wears down the lash adhesive and will cause premature shedding, so we thought it was helpful to mention
